So. That Happened.
I somehow managed to add another 7 pounds during my week of weaning off of the anti-depressant, Cymbalta. I knew what I was doing with my weight whenever I was eating ravenously. I just figured I was a mental mess and couldn’t deal with the stress of watching what I ate.
It was kind of scary. I’ve never eaten that way before. Not even when pregnant.
I am down to the fat pants until I drop these pounds again. I’d force myself to wear the too tight pants but then that would just depress me more, so I’ll just stick to the fat pants.
How you doin’?
Not so great I gained back the 1 pound I lost plus one more. I am not sure what the problem is. I think I am going to join weight watchers on line tomorrow and stick to it. That structure might help, plus I have to pay for it!
That was really from me, not Daisy. Oops.
Hey, I tried to post an entry a few days ago, but it said that it needed to be approved. Awaiting your approval…
Gained 5 pounds, hopefully dropped a couple in the last few days. Hoping.
I’m losing but it’s taking it’s toll on me. (running late at night)
I know one thing for sure – starting an exercise and diet program will make most people gain a few pounds the first month of the new routine. There’s alot of reasons for this to happen and it’s not always a bad thing. If diet is your way to lose weight and you’ve lowered your calories too much too fast you’re body will freak out and think you’re starving making you gain weight. If it’s a drastic change in exercise then your probably jump starting muscles which weigh more than fat so you’ll be pretty inflamed aka bloated.
WW is great! They provide the info needed to lose weight cause it’s not easy and it doesn’t happen over night. Hang in there…soon the weight will start coming off.
